LNG 儲罐需要檢漏原因:
LNG 低溫儲罐是 LNG 儲存運輸過程中核心設備, 進行 LNG 運輸時, 要考慮低溫液體的絕熱要求, 采用合理的絕熱保護措施. 因為冷藏的 LNG 一旦發生泄露, 其氣化量約為液態下的 600倍, 在空氣中形成自動引爆的氣團, 非常危險.
因此儲罐容器的內膽, 外殼, 焊點, 閥門等部位都需要進行泄漏測試, 只有經過檢漏的儲罐才能作為合格, 放心的儲存氣體的載體, 如果客戶儲罐容量較大, 還需要外接真空泵組輔助檢漏儀進行測試.
氣體運輸過程中的運輸儲罐, 槽罐車載體等同樣需要進行氦質譜檢漏才能上路運輸.
